Before we show you the three different ways to access your email, we need to cover some important definitions. When you access or configure your accounts you will be asked to submit some or all four of the following items.

---Definitions---

Username: This will be your full email address. ex. steve@subway.com
Password: This should have been given to you by an admin. If you don't know your email password submit a ticket via the menu above.
Outgoing Mail Server: This will almost always be mail.yourdomain.com ex. mail.subway.com or mail.passport.net
Incoming Mail Server: This will almost always be mail.yourdomain.com ex. mail.subway.com or mail.passport.net

---Three Ways to Access---

Now that you are familiar with these terms lets talk about the different ways you can access your email:
1. Webmail
2. Desktop Apps (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)
3. Smart Phones (iPhone, Android, etc.)

---Webmail---

Probably the simplest way to access your email is right from your browser using webmail. You can access webmail at:

http://yourdomain.com/WEBMAIL

Enter your username and password (see definitions above)

Once you login you will be given a choice of three different webmail apps:

Horde, RoundCube, and SquirrelMail

These are simply three different interfaces that do the same thing. You can try the different ones to find one you like the most. We have training videos that show you how to use each of the three apps here:
