When you purchase an extension

  1. You are sent to paypal for payment.
  2. When your transaction is complete PayPal notifies our server
  3. Our server sends you an email with your login details.
  4. You login to the members area and download your extension.

If you did not recieve your email check these two issues:

1.  Your transaction was not Completed.

Possible causes:
  • paypal placed a hold on the transaction
  • the transaction is pending due to funds transfer
  • your paypal account has not been verified
What to do:
  • log in to your paypal account and make sure the transaction payment status is listed as "Completed"

2.  Your member details email is missing

Possible causes:
  • you are checking another email address beside your paypal email address
  • your member details email is in your spam folder
  • you are using a white listing service that requires confirmation before allowing emails through.
What to do:
  • check your paypal email account
  • check your spam folder
